ROCHESTER FRINGE FESTIVAL

Rochester City Ballet is thrilled to unveil two debut works! "Agua Fresca," choreographed by Aldo Kattón Santiago Mendez, is a vibrant celebration of Latin-American culture, blending film, music, and traditional dance styles. "So On, and So Forth," by Megan Kamler, co-artistic director, is a contemporary work celebrating the inherent strength of women, set to a sparkling piano composition.

  • So On, and So Forth is a new work inspired by the trials and tribulations of women in the arts and the merits of being female in today's day and age. So On, and So Forth demonstrates themes of connection, isolation, unison, and support. With the music, the fluidity of this new piece of contemporary ballet choreography will guide the audience members' eyes around the stage from movement to movement.
