Adam Kittelberger
Adam began his dance training at the age of two in Rochester with a concentration in ballet, jazz, lyrical, and modern. Shortly after graduating from high school, Adam signed his first professional contract with Mid Illinois Ballet. After a season with Mid Illinois, Adam moved back to Rochester and became one of the first ever contracted dancers for Rochester City Ballet (RCB).
Throughout his years with RCB Adam has had the opportunities to dance many original works choreographed for him, and several specialty pieces created by world renowned choreographers such as George Balanchine, Gerald Arpino, Jerome Robbins, and Robert Fosse. Adam has also had the pleasure to be a guest performer throughout the country, as well as the opportunity to perform in sold out shows in New York City, Jacob’s Pillow, and a six-week tour of Japan.
Over the past few years Adam has found a passion for teaching. He has taught throughout Rochester as well as summer intensives in Illinois, Ohio, and Minnesota.
