In Studio Series

ROCHESTER CITY BALLET
2014/2015 IN STUDIO SERIES COMING SOON!

The Rochester City Ballet's 2014-2015 In Studio Series will feature four events, spaced throughout our season. Each In Studio Series event allows for open discussion between the audience, the artistic staff, dancers, and any visiting artists.

All In Studio Series events will take place at the Rochester City Ballet studios on 1326 University Avenue in Rochester, New York.

The cost to attend is $10 and includes a beverage (wine, soda, water.)

Reservations to the In Studio Series will be required. Please RSVP by emailing info@rochestercityballet.com or by calling us at 585.461.5850.

Serenade with Leslie Peck
Join Leslie Peck from the Balanchine Trust as she leads RCB company members in a rehearsal of George Balanchine's master work Serenade. Learn about this iconic piece from one of Balanchine's former dancers and watch our company bring this piece to life.

Join RCB company members for a first look at Artistic Director Jamey Leverett's world premiere set to "Le Tombeau de Liberace" by Michael Daugherty. The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra will accompany the March performance!

Thursday, April 30th 2015
Get a sneak peek of RCB artistic director Jamey Leverett's newest work, Images: Musical Impressions of an Art Museum set to music by RPO Principal Pops Conductor, Jeff Tyzik. Leverett and Tyzik will speak about the collaboration between composer and choreographer for insight on this particular work.
